Gwenn 9 months

Oh our little "Miss Gwennie Pie," as we all call her, Is now 9 months old! She's a spunky gal who's learned to crawl. She does it all in her own style too. One leg is in traditional crawling position while her other leg, (her right) is still straight - so it's sort looks like a dog with a wooden leg! Nevertheless- this gets her places!! She also has exposed 6 teeth in the last month....can I just say- Whew!!!! I posted a picture of those pearly whites here. You'll also see one of her standing up. Yes that's all her too- she pulls herself to standing positions easily. Yesterday she took her shirt and pulled it up over and off her head 5 times. I notice all the time how different boys and girls are right from the start! Her brother continues to want so very badly to wrestle her and play around her and "protect her." He removes things from her hands and will place them out of reach to her - like her parent. He'll also say "no Miss Gwennie, that can hurt you." And, " Mom, I'm protecting Miss Gwennie." He'll also remove her toys from her hands that he wants to play with- which really ticks her off! I can't blame her! She's tough to leave with anyone other that Reed. We take her to the YMCA and she cries the whole time! It breaks my heart too. I get her back and her eyes are wet, red and her nose is leaking snot and crusty....I have to ask myself, "what are they doing to her in there!!" Course she instantly stops all crying when she get in Mommys' arms. They reassure me to keep coming back, that she'll get used to it. All I think she's getting used to is a routine of 20 minute torture a few days a week!!!!! UHGGG! Whoa - little venting there I guess eh?
Anyways....Here are the 9 month shots of Gwennie we took around 7pm- so not the greatest light....we were turning dusky and the color is a bit too cool I think, but I'm having a blast using my beloved Nikon. I only wish I had more time to devote to it. All in due time right?
