Happy 1st Gwenn!

Last Friday the 12th was Miss Gwenn's 1st birthday! We traveled the same day to Grandpa and Nise's house for dinner and cake. Then later that evening we traveled another hour out to Skamania Lodge for a long weekend. Gwennie did great. Christopher did great, despite he had a cough and his mother forgot his coat!! Horrible, I know!

Gwenn was funny with her cupcake eating, smashing, and storing on her lap! I remember Christopher only touching his 1st birthday cake a little with his finger and not making a mess at all! Now I know this is his personality to not get too dirty! Here are pictures of her birthday and our weekend at the lodge. To top it all off we also visited with my Uncle Fred, who had flown out from Kentucky for the week. It was a good visit and we had some good laughs. I just love to have family come visit - it's one thing in life that I get so excited for, to visit with family and have company.
