We're Branching out....

Well, we are branching out - in the Family tree sense.....as we are going to have another baby!! This is our good news! I'm 6 weeks along now with an expected due date of November 24th. (Maybe we can make the Massey Family Reunion at Christmas in San Diego after all!) We are both real excited! Reed can't hardly wait to joke to people that I'm really not pregnant, when they ask, "Oh how far along are you?" This was his most favorite thing to do when we were expecting Christopher. So far I am only tired. Reed says I'm nesting already because I've been a maniac with spring cleaning and organizing....I try to lay down while Christopher naps. I'll never understand why it's so difficult for me to simply rest myself?? It feels good and so much better when I do?? I guess that's why scripture says "He MAKES me lie down in green pastures." I usually just want to skip right to the "restoring my soul" part, without the lying down, but it doesn't work like that- so for now I rest and cooperate to once again bring life- What a miracle!

Also, in case you didn't already know- Mt. Reboubt's eruptions in Alaska did keep us from flying there on Sunday. My Dad, Christopher and I were suppose to fly together to see my Sister and Jesse's new baby, Allison. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled and we do not have plans to reschedule the trip. Everything happens for a reason!
