Last Friday was my 30th birthday. My Dad and Denise drove up that day and visited. We walked along Joemma State Beach park http://www.parks.wa.gov/parkpage.asp?selectedpark=Joemma+Beach about 25 minutes from our house. What a gorgeous day too! The weather was very warm for a Washington beach. We all looked for agates and found lots! Then it was off to Anthonys in Gig Harbor http://www.anthonys.com/restaurants/info/gigharbor.html for a delicious Birthday dinner. They stayed the night and in the morning it was busy to get ready for a party at 3. We had enough food for a small army. We served Shesh Kabobs with rice, pot stickers, egg rolls, won ton salad and fruit. My friend LaRae made a delicious chocolate cake Mmmmm!! The weather turned out great too! Around 25 people showed. 19 adults and and 6 children + 3 babies. It was a great time! Here are pictures of the weekend.
